Terms and Conditions:
Customers must be 18 or older to rent equipment. Upon acceptance of these terms and conditions, the credit card you provide will be charged for an amount equal to 1/2 (half) your stay including extras added on, including a state and county tax. Booking through this booking engine, you are acknowledging and accepting our deposit and cancellation policy and we will charge your card. There is a 4% fee to use your credit card. There is no fee for debit cards.
Check In / Out:
Check in time is 12:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM the following day. If you will be arriving later than 8:30 PM, please contact us and let us know your expected arrival time.
Pet Policy:
We do allow pets. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet and will be charged $50 clean up fee if necessary.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel 21 days or more prior to your reservation, you will be refunded your full amount less a $25.00 credit card processing fee. If you cancel 14 days or less prior to your reservation, your deposit is non-refundable unless we can re-book the house. If we can re-book the house your deposit will be returned less a $25 processing fee. If we can’t re-book the house you have the option to re-book your stay for another date up to 12 months after your original arrival date. If you cancel within 7 days, you are responsible for your entire stay. Cancellation requests MUST be received in writing via email or regular mail. Privacy Policy: Name, address, credit card and purchase information are all passed over SSL to a server and downloaded to the local PMS software on machine at business location. After we charge your credit card, we print your order and file it in our reservation folder. All documents are shredded after your reservation is complete.
